How it works

Step 1

You tell us about your situation

Start by completing a quick and confidential assessment either online or over the phone with one of our advisers.

Step 2

We search high and low

In around three days’ time, we’ll get back to you with what you’re entitled to and how to apply. If there are claims to make or departments to contact, we’ll help at every step.

Step 3

You get paid

We find new income for over 90% of our customers. If we think you can claim anything else, we’ll keep helping for as long as it takes.
